Arunraja Kamaraja says script is close to his heart

Actor, lyricist and singer, Arunraja Kamaraja, who turned filmmaker for a sports themed movie on women”s cricket, has started the practice sessions for its lead lady Aishwarya Rajesh. Arun's close friend and biggie Sivakarthikeyan, said to be a sports fanatic, produces the movie.

Talking about his movie, Arun says, “This script is very close to my heart because of the emotion it conveys. We have wrapped up the first schedule of the movie involving the portions of Sathyaraj sir, Ilavarasu sir, Rama madam, Munishkanth and the promising Dharshan. I love the process of translating the script onto the screen.”

The next schedule will be even more challenging, he adds, “It will involve all the cricket portions. The practice sessions are going on for the women actor/cricketers.”
