A film on drinking menace

Jennifer aka Nandita, who made an impressive debut with a Bharathiraja movie Eera Nilam, returns to films after a long hiatus. She will be seen as revolutionary girl Chellakannu in the film Kudimagan, which talks about the ill effects of consuming alcohol. Jayakumar, grandson of Kalaignanam — the ace story writer and producer who gave several hits to Rajinikanth — makes his foray into tinsel town.

Sathishwaran directs the film. He says, “The film delves on a theme that drunkards sleep happily, bug give sleepless nights to family members.”
