I am not a feminist: Shruti Haasan

Shruti Haasan recently chatted on Facebook with her fans. The Singham III actress was in an upbeat mood and surprised everyone with her cool and composed answers — despite some queries that seemed bumpy, like her views on feminism and which caste she belongs to, etc.

Reacting to a query on how she would define feminism, she replied, “I’m not a feminist. I love women, I think we’re awesome and  don’t think we really need to get into that detail.”

While a fan asked whether she is Hindu or Muslim, the bubbly actress shot back frankly, “I am an Indian and believe that all Gods are beautiful and equal. That’s not a polite question.”
