CM Edapadi Palanisamy launches MGR biopic

As we wrote earlier, director Balakrishnan is making a biopic of M.G.Ramachandran, the late legendary actor and politician, considered the ‘Man of the Masses’.

The big news is that just as MGR’s centenary celebrations are being celebrated with verve, we have now learnt that Tamil Nadu CM Edapadi Palanisamy will be inaugurating the shoot of the biopic on November 8 at a grand function.  A host of other ministers, MLAs and film personalities are expected to attend the event. Earlier, Sathyaraj was touted to play MGR, but now it is learnt that the Baahubali actor may not be part of the project.
