Horror interests Jai too!
This untitled flick will show Jai in three different looks, and for the first time in his career, he plays a married man.
Jai, whose last outing was the political thriller Pugazh, has signed his next — a commercial horror entertainer, directed by debutante Sinish, who earlier worked in the Simbu-starrer Vettai Mannan.
The director tells us, “When I approached Jai with this script, he was convinced by it and assured me he would do it. The film has equal amounts of romance, comedy, action, and sentiment. He has three different looks in the film, and this is the first time he plays a married man in his career.”
This untitled flick will have two heroines, but the team hasn’t decided who they are. “Talks are on with the leading ladies and we will be zeroing on in on them sometime this month end,” adds Sinish.
Dhilip Subbarayan is producing this untitled flick along with two partners, Arun Balaji and Nandakumar. “We will begin shooting in June, and we are planning to shoot extensively in Chennai and Kodaikanal.” concludes Sinish.
