I have a psychological problem. When I see someone performing extraordinarily well in front of me, I freeze and tend to forget my dialogues. I start admiring them. I feel my success in cinema is due to my savouring good work. I became a music composer after relishing Raja sir music. Arjun sir’s work in Kolaigaran taught me how to perform, right from how he handles scenes without dialogues, subtle eye and lip movements, body language etc.

His nuanced acting is of international standards.” remarked Vijay Antony.  Pointing to Arjun he said, “You are very important to the film and the project became very strong after you came on board.”

Heaping praise on director Andrew, he revealed, “This film is very special to me as Andrew is my friend. He is a hard worker, sincere and never compromises at any point.”

Antony did admit that he got Kolaigaran project offer from producer Pardeep at a time when there was a question mark against his career after a few flops. “I am grateful to him for supporting me at an appropriate time.”
