Spyder pushed to September
Team Spyder has also collaborated with a VFX studio based in Russia for this purpose.
Mahesh Babu’s much anticipated Tamil debut —bilingual Spyder’s release has been pushed to September. Initially, the release was slated for June, which was then pushed to August. Now, it is said that the film’s post production work is elaborate and hence, release will be pushed to September.
The thriller, starring Mahesh Babu and Rakul Preet in the lead roles will have extensive VFX involved in the climax sequences, and Baahubali’s VFX supervisor Kamalakannan has been roped in to work on these scenes. Team Spyder has also collaborated with a VFX studio based in Russia for this purpose.
As the title suggests, Mahesh Babu plays a spy in this film whereas Rakul essays the role of a doctor. SJ Suryah and Bharath play antagonists in this film and RJ Balaji plays a supporting role as well. Harris Jayaraj composes the music for this flick.
