Vijay is Rajavin funny don

Actress Avanthika, who has done a few Malayalam movies in the past, is all set to make her Tamil debut with the film Rajavin Paarvai Raaniyin Pakkam, which has Aadahva playing the male lead.

The film, a comic caper, marks Azhugu Raja’s first venture as an independent filmmaker. We hear that Vijay Sethupathi, who played a comic don in Junga, will be seen playing a similar role in RPRP.

Talking about the film, Raja says, “It's a full-fledged comedy about a man who approaches a person claiming to be a don and seeks his help to get revenge on a lover who has cheated on him.”

The film’s supporting cast features Madhumitha, ‘Singapore’ Deepak, and Gana Ulaganathan. It is scheduled to release on September 7.
