Govind Padmasoorya turns baddie for Kollywood flick Kee

Actor-turned-TV anchor Govind Padmasoorya aka GP, the young heartthrob of Mollywood, is all set to play a baddie in the upcoming Tamil movie Kee. Directed by Kalees, Kee is a science fiction psychological thriller starring Jiiva, Nikki Galrani and Anaika Soti. Quite choosy about the roles he plays, that GP gave nod to play a villain in a movie comes as a surprise.

But according to sources, he couldn’t let go of a chance to portray a very important role with ‘lot of heroism’ in a movie with a big star like Jiiva. Interestingly, in a career spanning almost one decade, the young star has acted in not more than 15 films. It was through anchoring TV shows that the youngster shot to popularity.
