Pulimurugan to be released in VR platform

Pulimurugan was probably a Mohanlal movie that has created an astounding stir among the public that none of his movies in recent past were able to achieve.

The movie despite making the fans go gaga on the stunts that Mohanlal does has also opened an all new chapter in the way computer graphics is being used in Malayalam cinema.

The movie is also the first Malayalam film to have entered the 100 crore club, which has made it even more special for the industry. Adding a new feather to the hat, the movie will also become the first ever Indian film to have been released in a Virtual Reality platform.

The action sequences directed by Peter Hein were applauded by Malayali audiences, so much so that the theatres were packed with the actors fans who were eagerly waiting to see him in this avatar.

The makers of the film have announced that Pulimurugan's 3D version in the
virtual reality platform will hit the big screens in April.

The movie which grossed over 150 crores in 150 days of theatrical run was directed by Vyshak and produced by Tomichan Mulakuppadam under the banner of Mulakuppadam films.
