Newcomers to shine in Sugeeth's next
The film will be made in Tamil and Malayalam. The scriptwriters are Syam Seethal and Vishnu Ramachandran.
Kollywood has been seeing an increase in the trend of small films sans any major stars minting gold at the box office. Mollywood too has seen its share of films made by debutants, with newcomers in the lead, setting the box office on fire. Well, looks like director Sugeeth too has decided to change tracks from casting stars in the lead and see if this formula works. The director, who has films like Ordinary and the recently released Shikkari Shambhu, etc. to his credit has announced his next film titled Kinavalli and cast and crew are largely newcomers. The film will be made in Tamil and Malayalam. The scriptwriters are Syam Seethal and Vishnu Ramachandran. Syam informs, “The film is about friendship, love, fantasy and also has a little bit of horror thrown in. Sugeeth has been particular that since his first film, the title or the tagline be related to the story and the tagline of this film - ‘based on a fake story’ - too has relevance with the film.” Work like Kinavalli will be different from Sugeeth's earlier offerings.
