Mammootty consoles Paravur victims

KOLLAM: Actor Mammootty interacted with the local residents and victims of the fireworks disaster at Paravur LP school auditorium on Tuesday. He visited the accident spot at the temple ground as part of the ‘snehasangamam’ programme organised by him and met  Krishna and Kishore, the siblings who have lost both their parents.

“One should ensure their own safety while participating in such celebrations. There is no use of worrying about past incident, but we should be careful not
to repeat such accidents in future. The pain of those injured could be alleviated using medicines. However, the pain of those who lost their dear ones is that hurts me the most,” Mammootty said.
