Shehnad Jalal goes to Berlin Film Fest
The cinematographer had recently received a special jury mention at the Asia Pacific Screen Awards.

Mollywood cinematographer Shehnad Jalal has been selected to the prestigious Berlinale Talents 2018, the annual meet held as part of the prestigious Berlin International Film Festival. A post graduate diploma holder in cinematography from the Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute, Kolkata, Shehnad has been active in film industry since 2006 and has been part of many award-winning feature films and documentaries.
His noted works include Vipin Vijay’s Chitrasoothram and K.R. Manoj’s Kanyaka Talkies. His latest film is the Venu Narayanan-directed Irattajeevitham. The cinematographer had recently received a special jury mention at the Asia Pacific Screen Awards.
