Govind Padmasoorya considering other industry offers
GP has managed to strike the right balance between films and cinema and is managing to give due importance to both the mediums.
Govind Padmasoorya, sorry GP has been having a good run at the box office thanks to his praise worthy role in the hit film Pretham. The young actor has not only been besieged with fans especially the fairer sex but also with film offers. These offers have also come from across the borders. Speaking about a possible jump to other industries GP says," After Pretham, I have been hearing a lot of scripts but I am in no hurry to commit. After my film 32aam Adhyayam 23aam Vaakyam, I waited for 8 months and thenmade my commitment to Pretham. I want to be a part of films that are noted and where I have my space, not necessarily as lead. I am also listening to TV concepts but I am taking my own time.
Yes, discussions and talks in other industries are on but I need to weigh my pros and cons before I take the plunge! If I do commit to other industry offers, then that would mean saying no to two Malayalam projects because of the time involved. Also I want my debut film in other languages to have me in a noteworthy role so, it is a crucial decision that I have to make and I am still giving it considerable thought." GP has managed to strike the right balance between films and cinema and is managing to give due importance to both the mediums.
