Raindropss, a youth based social organisation delivering social awareness messages through entertainment and media, did a survey of people of the younger generation across Chennai. A major finding of the survey was that the desire to fly at least once on an aircraft in their lifetime is a universal wish. To make their dream come true, Raindropss, in association with VGP ‘Ulaga Tamil Sangam’ and Park Group of Institutions, Coimbatore is set to organise its 2nd edition of “Vanamae Ellai - Sky Is The Limit”, a day trip to Coimbatore with a selected group of 25 Children from Seers Girls Home, Sevalaya, Anandam, CHES and students from the community.

These children will fly from Chennai on November 22 morning to Coimbatore, visit iconic places there and return by train the same day night. The arrangements at Coimbatore will be taken care of by Anusha Ravi of Park Group of Institutions. The initiative not only provides children a chance to visit Coimbatore, but also fulfil their wish of flying on an aircraft. The experience invariably makes a positive impact on young minds.

Industrialist and chairman of VGP World Tamil Sangam V G Santhosam, music director AR Raihanah, organic scientist Sultan Ahmed Ismail, playback singer Velmurugan and members of Raindropss will accompany the kids.
