He announced that the winner will receive Rs. 55 lakhs, the highest prize amount in Bigg Boss history. Previously, winners received Rs. 50 lakhs, but this time the amount has been increased. Additionally, the winner of this season will also get a Maruti car, as officially announced by the company.
Kannada star hero Upendra made a special appearance in the Bigg Boss 8 finale promo. He participated in the show as part of the promotions for his new movie UI. It seems that the first finalist selected was Avinash, and Upendra was brought to the stage from the house. Daku Maharaj's team also entered the Bigg Boss house, and heroine Pragya Jaiswal spent some time with them.
