Elvish Yadav, Big Boss OTT 2 winner and social media influencer, allegedly received an extortion call demanding ₹1 crore, following which he filed a complaint at the Gurugram Police station. Elvish Yadav said he received a call from an unknown caller demanding ₹1 crore.

Elvish has emerged as the winner of Salman Khan-hosted 'Bigg Boss OTT 2'. Elvish's journey in 'Bigg Boss OTT 2' would definitely be remembered for his hilarious one-liners, especially 'Systumm hang'. Even though he entered the house late, he managed to steal the limelight and hold the attention of the viewers. He took home the Bigg Boss OTT 2 trophy and a cash prize of ₹25 Lakh.

Elvish Yadav, the victorious contestant of 'Bigg Boss OTT 2' and a prominent social media influencer, recently reported an alleged extortion call, in which an unidentified caller demanded a sum of ₹1 crore. Consequently, Yadav lodged a formal complaint at the Gurugram Police station.

Yadav, celebrated for his memorable journey in 'Bigg Boss OTT 2' and his humorous one-liners, including the famous 'Systumm hang,' clinched the title and a cash prize of ₹25 Lakh, leaving an indelible mark on the show. Despite joining the competition later, he managed to captivate the audience's attention and emerge as the champion.

In addition to his 'Elvish Yadav' channel boasting 14.5 million subscribers, where he showcases short films, he oversees 'Elvish Yadav Vlogs,' which boasts 4.75 million subscribers. Furthermore, he is the owner of the clothing brand 'Systumm_clothing.'

The apprehension of the suspect behind the extortion call, identified as Shakir Makrani, was achieved with the assistance of the Gujarat police. It was revealed that Makrani worked as a tout at the regional transport office in Gujarat.

Yadav and his manager were abroad when the incident occurred. Upon their return to Gurugram on October 17, both individuals received WhatsApp messages demanding an extortion payment from the suspect. Initially, Makrani sought ₹40 lakh, but subsequently, he escalated his demands through more messages, reaching a sum of ₹1 crore.

The ACP confirmed the retrieval of the SIM card used for sending the extortion messages to both Yadav and his manager, though the mobile phones associated with this SIM card are yet to be located.
