The show which all fans have been eagerly waiting for, ‘Bigg Boss Telugu Season 8’ featured a spectacular launch on September 1 and now that the first week nears an end, the fervor within the house has already reached a new level. With 14 invited contestants firmly under the roof, the game is officially on and the first leg of the ambitions to self evict inched a notch further.
Nominated Contestants
In a jungle themed nomination, this week six contestants were brought closer to the edge where elimination was imminent. The home chiefs also contributed by taking as many housemates out of the game by theatrically nominating by stabbing a knife into the picture of the housemate they chose.
Voting Trends: Vishnupriya Leads The Contest Conclusion
With voting lines now open and what not, fans are up on their feet cheering for their contestants. Of the total votes casted, Vishnupriya Bhimineni, who has a huge following particularly on social networks has capitalized on this by rising to 1st position with 36% of votes. Followed closely is Naga Manikanta with 20% of the requests and who is followed by Prithviraj with 14 % and Bebakka with 10%.
Bottom Two Contestants at Risk
However, it is not a good picture for Shekar Basha and Sonia Akula as of now, as they figure on the bottom of the voting tally. Sonia, who has been attracting very little support from voters, is likely the first contestant to exit the Bigg Boss Telugu 8 house within the initial elimination stage.
Like any other week, this week also witnessed a possibility of voting as the elimination day approached and there was anticipation of what would be the first announcement made by host Nagarjuna as who among the contestants would be the first to leave the house. Tensions are slowly building up with emotions in check as well as contestants giving their all ahead of the first elimination, all bets are off the first elimination is bound to make an already heated up rivalry even more fierce than it is now.
