Bigg Boss 18: Why is Karan Veer Mehra trending?

Many fans and viewers might be thinking that this week was somewhat calmer than previous ones. But, Bigg Boss 18 contestants are entertained with plenty of conflict scenes. Most recently, Digvijay Rathee accepted the task of being ‘Task God’ for the week. This, as viewers, was highly entertaining, until it came to a point where it simply couldn’t be fun any longer. Unfortunately, the arguments came from everyone, including Rathee himself.

As per the rule of the week, if a person is assigned a dish during a nominations week, they must cook. Mounting pressures on the contestants resulted in tensions. These tensions were faced by the contestants during the first week of kitchen duties in the house itself. Rathee was then asked to respond to several disagreements.

Everyone then decided on whom to nominate and both Vivian and Avinash were seen throwing heat towards the contestants. Even Karan tried to ease some pain. As things moved towards settling down, heated confrontations broke out again, and Karan finally revealed his true form.

This has been a pattern throughout the week as several contestants were heard accusing others for various reasons - most notably, Karan R. Igniting a meteoric explosion that ended in complete denial with Karan himself, others agreed and quickly set their sights on apologizing to everyone.

Alice cautioned Digvijay against any attempts of violence against Avinash, while Karan Veer maintained his stance and refused to work but would make food for himself without any assistance. Eisha attacked Karan Veer by calling him a ‘senior’ who has lost the plot in the game. To this, Karan Veer retaliated by calling Eisha and her group ‘kids’ which made Alice joke ‘So you are a senior citizen?’

In this runaway conflict, Karan Veer started off by ridiculing Avinash’s profession while Avinash retaliated by bringing Karan Veer’s personal matters into the line of fire. Karan Veer threatened with eviction followed by Avinash asking him why he wanted to get evicted from the show. Without an ounce of respect for Karan Veer's life, Avinash handed him a knife and dared him to use it on him.

What Next?

The increasing hostility has already shifted attention to the elimination episode of this weekend. The contestants on the nominated list include Vivian Dsena, Digvijay Rathee, Karan Veer Mehra, Alice Kaushik, Chahat Pandey, Avinash Mishra and Kashish Kapoor. Fans are left wondering which contestants will manage to stay alive from the bloodbath that is inside the Bigg Boss 18 house.
