Thangalaan: The Much-Awaited OTT Release is Here
One of the year’s most eagerly anticipated films, Thangalaan, has finally made its way to streaming platforms. After its theatrical release on August 15, 2024, in multiple languages, fans were eager to relive the raw and rustic action drama at home. The wait is over, as the Vikram-starrer is now streaming on Netflix.
The film is currently available in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam, though the Hindi version remains unavailable for now.
Directed by Pa Ranjith, Thangalaan garnered mixed reviews during its theatrical run. However, Vikram's electrifying performance was universally praised, cementing his position as a powerhouse performer. The film also features stellar contributions from Parvathy Thiruvothu, Malavika Mohanan, and Pasupathy, whose roles add layers to the gripping narrative.
Backed by Studio Green and Neelam Productions, the film’s immersive experience is heightened by GV Prakash Kumar’s hauntingly beautiful musical score.
