Exclusive: Pushpa 3 in the Making
Hyderabad: Although there are various reasons cited by some reports behind the postponement of the release of ‘Pushpa The Rule’, a source claims that the reigning star Allu-Arjun and ace director Sukumar are shooting extensively and it is meant for Pushpa 3. “Two separate units are shooting at varied locales and canning lot of content and in all probability, ; Pushpa 3' is very much on cards,” says a source who adds, “Allu Arjun and Sukumar have realized the potential of the script and trying to expand its franchise and cash in on the craze the film has already generated and dish out two more parts.”
After much-hyped ‘Indian 2’ and ‘Indian 3’ featuring Kamal Hassan, it is now the turn of the national award-winning actor to come up with a ‘third’ part and enthrall his fans. “Few sequels have worked well, now it could be the season of three parts to change the game of Telugu and Tamil cinema’ he points out.
No doubt, ‘Pushpa The Rise’ rocked the box office across the world and garnered Rs 150 crores in Hindi heartland alone and expanded the market of Allu Arjun. “Allu Arjun is the biggest star among Telugu heroes because of his talent and charisma and now his market reflects his rising popularity across varied states in India,” he concludes.
