The movie revolves around the life of a struggling Yakshagana artiste, who is a Muslim. Till now, commercial ventures only showcased Yakshagana in dance numbers, whereas this film that stars Raviraj Shetty, Anitha, Sagar, Riya Meghana and Ramesh Bhat in the lead, portrays the real colour of struggling artistes who are trying to keep the art form relevant.

Popular music director Rajesh Ramanth who teamed up with Huccha Venkat for Sakkath Risk, is finally ready to hit the screens. Directed by M G Raaj, Sakkath Risk is being made in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi too. Ugramm Ravi, Riya Divadiga and Susai Kumar play the lead. Incidentally, after Huccha Venkat watched the trailer, the director was at risk with Venkat warning him not to show women in bad taste!
