I don't care about winning: Vivian D'sena
Vivian D'sena, who is all set to make an entry in the reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi, talks about his love for adventure.
A self-confessed adventure junkie, Vivian D’sena is glad to explore his wild side in the latest season of the reality show, Khatron Ke Khiladi. Joining the show as a wild card entrant, Vivian insists he doesn’t care about winning and is only there for the adrenaline rush. Vivian claims he fears absolutely nothing and is raring to do even the most perilous stunt.
He says, “My wife Vahbbiz asked me if there was a stunt that I was wary about, and I said no. While shooting for my fiction show Madhubala, I lifted a poisonous cobra without battling an eyelid. The other cast members ran away just at the sight of it while I sat alone holding the cobra. I still have that clip. Stunts are my forte. My wife calls me a ‘weird man’. She has been behind my life to do Khatron ke Khiladi previously but I wasn’t able to take it up because of my work commitments.”
Upset at how easily most celebrity contestants give up and abort the stunt mid way, the actor states, “I have been watching the show closely and am perturbed by how easily some celebrities abort a stunt. It’s so convenient to say ‘I can’t do it’. What’s the point in signing up for a reality show like this? By doing every stunt given to me, I am here to tell them: Don’t give up. It takes only a little effort to overcome your fear. If they have come this far it is only fair they hang in till the end and not get eliminated because of their inability to do the stunt.”
