Vahbbiz Dorabjee turns casting director for Bahu Hamari Rajni Kant

New entrant Abhilash Kumar owes his meaty character in Bahu Humari Rajni_Kant to his co-star Vahbbiz Dorabjee, since she’s the one who coaxed the production house to cast the young actor in the role.

Incidentally, Vahbbiz and Abhilash have been friends for a long time. So, when the actress came across the news of the character of Vikram being introduced in the show post a five-year leap, she immediately recommended Abhilash’s name. The actor was later called in for audition and was cast. Says Abhilash, “I’m very excited. I will be seen playing the role of a multimillionaire, who dotes on his sister. I had left my old show, Laut Aao Trisha, to do Ghayal Once Again and I’m glad Vahbbiz helped me make a comeback on the same channel after nearly two years.” Vahbbiz added, “Abhilash is a talented boy and a very good actor. I suggested his name to the production house because I had a vision that he would be the best fit for this role and will do complete justice to the character. I am happy that he got selected.”
