Naveen Polishetty to take one year for scripts
Young sensation Naveen Polishetty who is touring various places to promote his upcoming film ‘Miss Shetty Mister Polishetty’ has now resolved to take more time to give his nod for scripts. “With his film with Anushka failing to trigger enough buzz, despite the trailer receiving a good response, Naveen has resolved to take more time for scripts. He will at least take 10 months to one year to give his nod,’ says a source.
He further adds that “Naveen is demanding full bound script with proper screenplay and dialogues from directors approaching him. He asks them to wait before he completely goes through the script and then he raises queries, if any, to fine-tune the script. Because he doesn’t want to take any more chances,” he adds.
The actor who delivered the moderate hit ‘Agent Sai Srinivas’ and the blockbuster ‘Jaatiratnalu’ has established himself as an actor who has a flair for comedy. Meanwhile, he has dropped his other film ‘Anagana Oka Raju’ which has with director Kalyan Shankar, despite completing a few schedules.
He is not in a hurry and has rejected a couple of offers because he wants to establish himself as a saleable star with new scripts and directors. “Naveen is playing it safe,” the source concludes.
