Anushka Shetty’s ‘weighty’ issues!

It appears that Anushka Shetty, who put on weight for a film a few years ago, is still struggling to lose the extra kilos. While the actress’ upcoming film Nishabdam is all set to hit the screens on January 31, she was conspicuous by her absence at a recent promotional event of the film.

Says a source from the unit, “She is working on her weight loss and will return to India in two to three weeks. You will see a new Anushka when she comes back.”

The source adds that she is presently out of the country and working hard to lose weight. “As compared to her earlier film Bhaagamathie, the actress will be thinner in Nishabdam,” says the source, adding that she will join the shoot of Gautam Menon’s film soon.
