Demand for R P Patnaik's next film

Music director-actor-director R.P. Patnaik is coming up with a movie titled Manalo Okadu. He is directing and also playing the lead character of a lecturer in the film and plans to release it on October 21. The film deals with several issues pertaining to the present society. According to a source, two popular actors, Sai Kumar and Nasser, are planning to remake the film in Kannada and Tamil, respectively.

“Both actors play crucial roles. They recently watched the movie and are planning to buy the rights for remake,” says a source. Sai Kumar is one of the popular Kannada actors and feels that this subject will suit him perfectly. R.P. Patnaik’s earlier films, too, were critically acclaimed and have dealt with social cause.
