Suresh Kondeti, a veteran film journalist and PRO, faced severe criticism for his recent management of the Santosham Awards held in Goa, where celebrities from Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada film industries experienced numerous issues.

The event, marred by poor organization, drew particular ire from celebrities in the Tamil and Kannada industries, who lambasted Kondeti for the lack of basic amenities and substandard treatment in Goa.

Several celebrities not only voiced their dissatisfaction with the event but also raised broader concerns about consistent mistreatment by the Telugu cinema industry. Responding to these allegations, senior producer Allu Aravind refuted claims connecting Kondeti as the PRO to any star in the Mega family.

Contrary to news reports suggesting a link between Kondeti and the Mega family, Allu Aravind clarified that Kondeti is not associated with any star in the family. He attributed the failure in smoothly administering the awards to Kondeti alone, emphasizing that the incident should not be generalized to the entire Telugu cinema industry.
