Vijay Deverakonda’s new film, directed by Anand Shankar and produced by Gnanavel Raja, was launched on Monday in a grand way.

“Time is going by very quickly and I am slowly learning how to act. I feel proud to do a film with Gnanavel Raja while this is also my first bilingual in Telugu and Tamil. Though I didn’t have dates to do the film, I liked the script a lot, and adjusted my dates accordingly,” reveals Vijay Deverakonda, who says he is happy to be working with a young and talented team.

He adds, “I am eagerly waiting for the shooting. Waiting for this film is like preparing to write an exam and I am looking forward to it.” Top producers Allu Aravind and B.V.S.N. Prasad did the honours at the launch. Director Anand Sankar, who earlier directed Vikram, is now directing Vijay.

“He (Vijay) is very excited about this script. He told me that he will learn Tamil and then lend his own voice,” says director Anand.
Meanwhile the actor is awaiting the release of another film Ye Mantram Vesave, directed by Shridhar Marri
