Charmme to head the film's production

A source says that the producer agreed to the director’s request to let Charmme look after the production of this film. She may also join as a business partner. “The director and producer have agreed on a certain budget within which the film will be completed. This budget is exclusive of actor Balakrishna’s remuneration,” adds the source.
