Comedian Ali hurt, gives fitting reply to Pawan Kalyan
The actor’s response, to his friend and JS party chief Pawan Kalyan’s public comment on his political choice, has gone viral.
Everybody knows that the actor Ali and Pawan Kalyan are close friends. However, in the present election, the Jana Sena chief criticized Ali in Rajahmundry for joining the YSRC despite having received a Jana Sena ticket and said that he did not believe in their ‘friendship’ anymore. This has hurt Ali badly, who gave a fitting reply to Pawan Kalyan in a video which he put up on social media which has now gone viral.
In his message to Pawan Kalyan, Ali said, “Chiranjeevi garu paved the way for you. You have it easy. I, on the other hand, paved my own way into the industry without any assistance. I even founded a charitable trust and have helped people belonging to all communities in Rajahmundry. When your career was just picking up, I was already in the grind with mine.”
The actor also pointed out in his message that he had never mentioned Pawan Kalyan’s name in his campaigns. “I've campaigned for the YSRC but I’ve never uttered a single word about or against you or your party in any of my speeches purely out of respect for you. But what you did in Rajahmundry, which happens to be my native place, is unacceptable, and you have left me no choice but to respond,” he said as he explained the reason behind his response.
“You said that you’ve helped me a lot, except I don’t remember how or when. Did you ever offer me a role in your film? Did you ever offer to help me financially? You’ve done nothing for me. Besides, I’d rather die hungry than ask anybody for help or accept favours anyway,” said an emotional Ali.
The actor further said that when Pawan Kalyan had just floated the new party, he was the first one to congratulate him and to wish him well. “I still remember that I had presented the Quran to you on the occasion. You will always be in my heart and I will always wish well for you. But the way you’ve spoken about me has hurt me very deeply. I am very sorry, Pawan Kalyan garu,” he said.
Ali also said that his joining the YSRC was a personal decision and that he doesn’t need to discuss all his moves with everybody.
