Nandamuri Balakrishna turns singer!
The actor joins the list of several leading Tollywood stars who have sung in their films.
Several leading Tollywood actors like Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan, Mahesh Babu, Jr NTR, Ravi Teja, Venkatesh have all sung songs in their films. Now, Nandamuri Balakrishna joins the ranks and turns singer for his upcoming film, directed by Puri Jagannadh. Anup Rubens, the music director, recorded the song on Thursday evening.
“We are all surprised that Balakrishna sang the song within a short time and without many rehearsals. He has a good taste in music and is a good singer. I am confident that the number is going to be a highlight of the album,” says director Puri, adding that Balakrishna sang like a professional singer.
Apparently, the song lyrics go like this — Mava Ek Peg Lavo. Music director Anup Rubens is happy that the top actor turned into a singer under his direction. “I am confident that all his fans and music lovers will definitely like the peppy track,” says Anup.
