Padmapriya is back

Actress Padmapriya Janakiraman, known for her appearance in the film Andari Banduvaya starring Sharwanand, is set to make a comeback in Jagapati Babu’s upcoming film Patel S.I.R. “She plays the female lead in the film, and the love interest of Jagapati Babu, who plays a very maverick role in the action thriller.

The film’s director felt she would be perfectly suited for the role and would also bring a fresh appeal as she hasn’t been seen by the Telugu audience in a long time,” shares a source, adding that she plays a doctor. The film, which sees Jagapati Babu in a very different avatar, has garnered interest since a teaser was released a couple of months ago. The team has been shooting at locations in Goa and Hyderabad.
