The writer-turned-director Koratala Siva always makes message oriented films
Before his debut with blockbuster Mirchi, Koratala Siva was known as a very good writer. Interestingly, he always blends social issues with commercial elements in all his films — be it Mahesh-Babu starrer Srimanthudu or the Jr NTR-starrer, Janatha Garage, both blockbusters. In fact, Koratala Siva is the only director who has delivered three consecutive blockbusters in recent times.
Now, in his upcoming political thriller, Bharath Ane Nenu starring Mahesh Babu, “the director has once again come up with some powerful dialogues reflecting the importance of departments like traffic, education and also the idea of the Central and State governments sharing funds,” says a source. This comes at a time when many states, especially Andhra Pradesh, are arguing that they need more funds from the Centre.
It seems Koratala Siva sure knows how to pick a burning issue and make a big commercial hit out of it.
