Missing is an edge-of-the-seat thriller
Missing is a family film with emotions and layered characters
Harsha Narra’s film Missing has all the ingredients of a thriller. Directed by Srini Josyula, the film is about what happens when a newly-wed couple, Gautham and Shruti, meets with an accident. “Two days after the accident, Gautham’s wife (played by Nikkesha) goes missing. The hunt for her begins,” says Harsha, who earlier did short films and was part of the famous web series, Muddapappu Avakaya and Pelli Gola.
The film’s racy screenplay, twists and turns, and the layers in the lead characters will be the major highlights. “Having said that, it also has other ingredients like emotions, romance, and drama,” explains Harsha, adding that the film is a clean one and can be watched with the whole family.
“The film offered a lot of scope to showcase my acting abilities. Being new to the industry, I believed I could prove myself as an actor with Missing,” says Harsha, a computer engineer by training, adding that he attended workshops before the shooting commenced.
