Surprise I-T raids on Rashmika Mandanna

The Income-Tax Department conducted searches at actress Rashmika Mandanna’s residence in Virajpet (Kodagu District) on Thursday morning, apparently catching the actress’ parents who were in the house off guard.

Sources tell us that officials started the raids around 8 am and looked into a few documents before leaving the premises a couple of hours later.

“Rashmika is in Hyderabad, currently promoting her latest release, Sarileru Neekevvaru, starring Mahesh Babu. She was not aware of these raids, but she wasn’t panicking when she learnt about it either because she is a prompt tax payer who pays all her taxes on time,” a source close to the actress tells us.
