See ma, I\'m a farmer too!

It may have to do with all the time they have on their hands now, but a couple of Tollywood queens are finally discovering passions beyond the one they earn their living from.

Samantha Akkineni has been posting pictures of her recent hobby on her Instagram. In one of such posts, she had talked about her first harvest of cabbage microgreens, giving tips on how simple it is to grow them even inside one’s home. In her latest post, in which she seems to announce having discovered her passion besides films and acting, the picture shows her smiling lightly at the camera while holding a beautiful head of butterhead lettuce.

The caption to her post reads, “I finally found something I am passionate about that is not part of my job?? .. I was starting to get tired of answering people when they asked me ‘What is your hobby?’ ...Me - ‘Acting’ ... Them - ‘But that’s your job. What is your hobby ?’.... Me - '?????’ ... @urbankisaan my butterhead lettuce is better than yours ???????? .. Thankyou guys (sic).”

Another actress who has been posting about her passion besides the film world is Rakul Preet. In her latest post, where she is in a summery yellow off-shoulder top, sitting at a coffee table with four cups holding what appears to be seeds, she writes, “We all know seeds are very good for health but do you know how? Here is something that I have been doing #SEEDCYCLING ?? combination of sunflower with sesame seeds and pumpkin with flax seeds . @rashichowdhary says this is the best way to have great hormonal health ?? (sic).”
