Niharika Konidela, Harshvardhan Rane team up
Niharika and Harshvardhan Rane to play siblings in the untitled flick.
Actress Niharika Konidela, who received acclaim from audience and critics alike for her performance in her debut film Oka Manasu, is set to work in another performance-oriented film.
According to a source, the film is an emotional-drama of two siblings, and actor Harshvardhan Rane will play the lead role — Niharika’s brother. Niharika found the story interesting, but has not officially signed the film as of now.
Murali Krishna will be making his directorial debut with the film, which is a remake of the hit Marathi film titled Happy Journey. Murali Krishna, however, has an experience in directing advertisments.
Niharika’s character dies in Oka Manasu, and, interestingly, her character in this untitled flick will die in the first-half too.
“Harshvardhan has already signed the movie and the makers are waiting for a confirmation from Niharika. Once she signs it, they will make an official announcement,” adds the source.
