Chitrangada to finally release

The film Chitrangada, where Anjali plays the female lead is finally seeing the light of day. Though it was completed a long time ago, the film’s release was postponed due to some unknown reasons. Abhishek Pictures has now decided to release the film. “I have seen the film. It has an interesting plot and has come out really well. For now, we are releasing the film in Telugu only,” says Abhishek Nama of Abhishek Pictures.

The film was made as a bilingual, keeping actress Anjali’s fan following in mind. While the Telugu version is ready to hit the screens in December end or January, the fate of the Tamil version is still unknown. The film was mostly shot in the US and in Hyderabad.
