Vishal's Sensational Comments on CBN Arrest

Tamil star Vishal Krishna claimed that the arrest of former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Nara Chandrababu Naidu has triggered some fear in him. “If a man of such stature is arrested, imagine the fear in the minds of common man including me,” he said at a promotional event of his film ‘Mark Antony. “I don’t want to go deep into this issue since I didn’t follow up on it as I was busy with my film,” he adds. However, he admits that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy was his favorite politician and claimed that they would done a proper study before taking such a drastic action.
“I didn’t exercise my franchise in Andhra Pradesh and have been voting in Tamil Nadu politics for years. I am just addressing this arrest from a common’s man viewpoint,” he concludes.
The Telugu-speaking Tamil star had planned to plunge into the political arena and filed a nomination in RK Nagar by-election in Tamil Nadu in 2017. However, elections officials rejected his papers since they had only ‘eight’ valid signatures of proposers in place of the mandatory ten. “I am disappointed with the entire system right now and they need to give a proper answer, they just can’t give a letter. We have all the evidence contrary to it,” he had said.
