Chiru Raring to Go Even After 45 Years in TFI

Chiranjeevi made his debut with the film Pranam Khareedu in the year 1978.

After ‘Godfather’ and 'Bhola Shankar’, megastar Chiranjeevi is gearing up for two more big ticket films-156 film for his daughter Sushmita’s production house and 157th film is with young director Vasishtha which is billed to be a socio-fantasy.

“He is listening to scripts for his 156th film from various directors like Anil Ravipudi and V V Vinayak and a few others since he wants to give his daughter a blockbuster. He will pick the right script to establish his daughter’s banner in a big way and is looking for a larger than life script to deliver a sure fire winner,” says a source.

Earlier, Chiranjeevi completed 45 years in the film industry. He made his debut with the film ‘Pranam Khareedu in the year 1978. His son and actor Ram Charan took to social media share a note on the occasion Ram Charan wrote, "Hearty congratulations to our beloved megastar Chiranjeevi garu on completing 45 amazing years of mega journey in cinema! What an incredible journey! Starting with Pranam Khareedu and still going strong with your dazzling performances and your offscreen humanitarian activities. Thank you Dad for instilling values of discipline, hard work, dedication, excellence and, above all, compassion (sic)."

Chiranjeevi was last seen in Meher Ramesh's 'Bhola Shankar'. It also starred Tamannaah Bhatia, Keerthy Suresh and Sushanth Anumolu in significant roles.
