Sasikiran Narayana returns as director

Sasikiran Narayana, daughter of the late comedian M.S. Narayana, is all set to make a come back to direction. She made her debut as director with Saheba Subramanyam a couple of years back. Although the film didn’t do well at the box-office, it was critically acclaimed. The director has now come up with a new subject and according to a source, she has narrated it to Aadhi Pinisetty. “The actor liked the subject and felt that it was a different genre for him,” says the source. The actor recently did a negative role in Sarrainodu opposite Allu Arjun and became much sought after. The film’s success, is getting Aadhi both negative and lead actor roles. “This time, Sasikiran is working very hard to prove herself as a director, so she came out with a bound script in a different genre,” says the source. The story is set against a Vizag backdrop, adds the source.
