Remember Ravi Teja’s dialogue from Disco Raja’s teaser, “I am done with the crap?”

Well, perhaps not yet. Because the Vi-Anand directorial, which got off to a good start on the Day 1 (Friday), has subsequently fumbled at the box office, with audiences walking out of theatres feeling that the film had nothing new to offer. Despite the promised pre-release buzz, filmgoers have apparently found nothing interesting apart from Thaman’s music and Ravi Teja’s performance.

“Lack of novelty in a promising script coupled with a lot of melodrama in the second half marred the action flick. I think it’s time Ravi Teja made better script choices. That being said, it’ll be interesting to watch the fate of his forthcoming film, Krack,” informs a trade analyst.
