Despite the disturbed atmosphere in Jammu and Kashmir, the Telugu film Rose Garden is being shot continuously from the last couple of weeks without any hassles. G. Ravi Kumar is making his debut as a director while Chadalavada Srinivasa Rao is producing it.
“The local government has provided security,” says Ravi. He added that they are also using the Army’s rifles in the film. “The film’s backdrop is terrorism and love. So that’s the reason we are shooting most of the film in the state,” says the director.
In the story, a Hindu boy loves a Muslim girl and they are introducing a new pair Nitin Nash and Farnaz Shetty. “We are planning to release the film for Sankranti,” says producer Srinivasa Rao.
