Testing time for Varun Tej

Varun Tej’s Mister, which is releasing on April 13, is a big film for him. The actor’s first two films were performance oriented while the third one, Loafer was formulaic. But that film didn’t taste success as expected, and now, the actor is keen on Mister working out.  

He is lucky that a top director like Srinu Vaitla is directing this film as it is a good chance for him to showcase his power at the box-office. Though his first two films were good and safe projects, the actor needs a good hit revenue wise.
Srinu Vaitla’s films are generally entertainers and are marked by the director’s typical touch.

“I am lucky that I got to work with him at an early stage of my career. I have tried my hand at comedy, which is completely new for me,” said Varun Tej at a promotional event for the film. Lavanya Tripathi and Hebah Patel are the two female leads in this film.
