About a decade back, not many passionate gamers would have associated themselves with a smartphone. Well, times have changed and so have the internals of the lively devices you carry around all the time. Now smartphones can run graphically enhanced games with ease and most developers have started developing appealing games for the mobile platform as well. On that note, here are five smartphones, we feel, are the best smartphones to play games on.
Samsung S7 Edge: With a large 5.5-inch screen, a powerful eight-cored Exynos 8890, and 4GB RAM, the device is capable of running any game you can think of. Considering the specs on this phone, it may easily run a few games from the future as well. There is no doubt in the fact that this is the best gaming smartphone in the market as of now.
iPhone 6s Plus(special mention): It would have been a felony to leave out Apple's best performer in the mobile space. Though it has just 2GB RAM, it breezes through any task thrown at it; all because of the company's amazing A9 chip. Being a 5.5-incher, you won't have nay problem in relishing some of the best gaming titles this year, and even the next.
ZUK Z2 Pro: Last but not the least, we have the Zuk Z2 Pro which also equips 6GB RAM and a quad-core Snapdragon processor. The 5.5-inch display is capable of running most games available on Google Play Store.
LeEco Le Max 2: Though new in the market, it has already created ripples of joy among users for its 6GB RAM and SnapDragon 820 SoC. Like the OnePlus 3, this too, comes equipped with a 5.5-inch screen, making it a great gaming device.
Xiaomi Mi Max: Though we haven't personally tested this phone but is powered by a Snapdragon 652 SoC and 4GB RAM, which is enough for running games adeptly. The fact the Mi Max has a mammoth 6.44-inch screen ensures that gamers have no problem in gaming.
OnePlus 3: Another 5.5-incher clinches the second spot, albeit the issue with RAM management. We played one of the most demanding games on the smartphone including Asphalt 8, Batman Arkham, Call of Duty, and Mortal Combat X with ease. The performance will improve further with the inception of a new update to boost RAM management, as promised by the company. At almost half the price of the Samsung S7 Edge, this phone is an amazing device.
