Vasavi Sarovar
Vasavi Sarovar, located in Kukatpally, Hyderabad, is a prestigious residential project by Vasavi Group. As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, we have undertaken the beautification of two lakes, including Chinna Maisamma Lake, which is beside Vasavi Sarovar in Kukatpally. It is important to note that the beautification of Maisamma Lake was officially entrusted to us under a CSR mandate. We are focused on developing the lake’s environment and are not involved in any construction activities on the lake itself.

In Bachupally, Hyderabad, we are constructing another prestigious Residential project Vasavi Urban. As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, we have undertaken the beautification of two lakes, including Komatikunta Lake. Work commenced only after receiving an NOC from the irrigation department engineers and subsequent approval from HMDA. Even when legal challenges arose, we successfully defended our project. We are focused on developing the lake’s environment and are not involved in any construction activities on the lake itself. We assure you that all our projects are executed with full legal compliance and transparency.
Mr. Abhishek Chanda Highlighted the Misinterpretation being mentioned by some local social media about Lake Development Model under CSR Initiative to beautify the lakes. Mr. Chanda Provided the Details of Projects and mentioned to the media that’s its Vasavi Group Endeavour to be Environment Friendly and Vasavi Group is inclined towards its CSR Initiatives, the misinterpretation by some local youtube based news channels of constructions is totally baseless and we at Vasavi Group are always available to clarify all the misleading claims.
