Washington: Caitlyn Jenner has settled the fatal car crash lawsuit against her after the victim's stepchildren tried to sue her for a reported 18.5 million Euro last February.

According to the court documents, William Howe and Dana Redmond filed dismissals on January 26, reports E! Online.

As per the details previously released by the L.A. County Sheriff's Department, their step-mother (Kim Howe) was behind the wheel of the white Lexus that was rear-ended by Jenner's car.

The Lexus spun into oncoming traffic and was hit head-on by a Hummer leading Howie's death on spot.

Reportedly, the 66-year-old TV personality is still facing a lawsuit from the driver of the Hummer. In late-2015, she settled a suit with the driver of a Prius involved in the crash.
