Annu Marbaniang Shows It's Never Too Late To Achieve Your Dreams!

Annu Marbaniang, a 40-year-old athlete from India is a woman of strength and inspiration. Her accomplishments and hard work have helped her attain her goals. Today, she is one of the fittest athletes in the country who is changing hundreds of lives as a gym instructor too. Annu hails from Gurgaon and her story is definitely to look forward to.

If you think that being married or being a mother means you don't have the right to dream now, you are mistaken. Annu is a mother of two teenagers and still going on strongly. The passion inside her is unbeatable and she doesn't want to ever stop doing what she loves. From childhood, Annu Marbaniang has been fond of physical fitness and exercise. Little did she know that one day, she will grow to become of the most qualified bodybuilders in India. In 2001, Annu got married and movie to Delhi and then later to Gurgaon. But that didn't kill her spirit of following her dreams and she decided to go on in her professional life. In 2010, Annu was titled Miss Assam and was also the finalist at Gladrags Mrs India.

Her professional skills consist of RPM, spinning, cycling, TRX STC, Triggerpoint, Zuu, Foam Roller and ViPR Instructor. So all that helped her win many competitions over the past few years. Annu Marbaniang was the winner of the Muscle Mania Bikini competition in 2017 followed by the Bodypower PCA competition in the same year in which she came second. At the YMCA 2017, she won second place and was the second-runner up at WBFF 2018 Bikini Diva in London. Annu won 5th place in the 2019 IFBB Pro League (Bikini Diva) in Vietnam and came out as the second runner-up in the 2019 NPC Worldwide Shawn Classic IFBB Pro League in the Philippines (Bikini Diva). Annu Marbaniang was also honoured with the ET NOW Women Leadership Award (2019) and the 7th Edition of the World Woman Leadership Congress – Woman Super Achiever Award in 2020.

Annu has also been working as a gym instructor at several renowned gyms in Gurgaon and Connaught Place. She teaches her clients different skill sets in which Annu herself has certified training - Zuu, TRX, Triggerpoint, RPM and many more.
