Subodh Godara a young fascinating fitness freak, who influences thousands of people for having a fit and wholesome lifestyle. He is born in Dhottar, Haryana. Subodh is just 18-year-old.

When the whole world is facing the challenge of losing weight, then the matter of how to gain weight may seem a little strange. But it is also true that many people are underweight. If you are less than normal weight then you are not healthy. It has been found in many researches that people who are underweight are at the highest risk of heart stroke.

The United States Department of Health and Human Services, defines physical fitness as “a set of attributes that people have or achieve that relates to the ability to perform physical activity.”

This definition has a lot to do with the weight of an individual. Some people gain so much weight that they cannot control their physical activity rather be a burden for themselves. But some people remain thin from childhood to youth. Slender people are often ridiculed. Such a body is of no use, which has absolutely no power. Boy or girl, it is necessary to have some fat in the body.

All of us have certain long term and short-term goals to be achieved in our lives. But sadly, most of them merely remain between the lines of our diary just because of our procrastination. Any task that we complete is the result of coordination of our mind and body. 'Stronger the will greater the force’. We bring to you the story of such a strong-willed lad who gained 20kgs of weight at a very young age of early 18.

Upsurged by his keen interest in gaining weight naturally- by following a proper nutritious diet, a young boy at his 18, started working for his dream physique. Subodh Godara of a middle-class family of Haryana stood firm at his decision of following up a daily healthy diet. Basically, he is known for his rooted interest in Fitness and amazing knowledge about Nutrients.

The line of graph of his weight steeply increased from 42kg to 72kg, and to be informed clearly, all of this growth without any supplements and steroids. This amazing transformation of the young boy-Subodh has been awfully inspiring the youth. He is also a Nutrition Expert and gives training to youngsters to fall for a fit body and lead a healthy life naturally.
